Get Trained while you earn a paycheck.
- Only a high school diploma or GED needed
- Complete staff-supported courses during work hours
- Begin the DCF 45-hour Child Care Facility Training Requirements within the first 90-days of employment
- Pass seven DCF training competency exams (or receive educational exemption), within the first year of employment
- Progress to Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) within 2-years of employment at select hiring locations
